On April 6 and 7 2023, partner organizations of Youth Community Leaders in Action (Y.C.L.A) project got together in Palermo, Italy for the kick-off meeting.
The two-day workshop constituted an opportunity to get the team members on the same page, establish a baseline for the process implementation and put in place the appropriate action plan.
The agenda was set to keep the meeting streamlined and efficient. It included several discussion points related to the Statement of Work, Scope of Activities, Timeline, Deliverables and Budget.
Y.C.L.A is an EU-funded project with a general objective to increase the youth participation and community engagement in the Euro-Mediterranean region societies, promoting active citizenship practices, enhancing political dialogue and networking in the youth policies’ field.
The Consortium consists of the following organizations: Cooperazione Internazionale Sud Sud (CISS) – Italy, Action Synergy SA – Greece, Toplum Gonulluleri Vakfi (TOG) – Turkey, Lebanese Development Network (LDN) – Lebanon, EuroMediterranean Eve – Morocco and Club Culturel Ali Balhouane (CCAB) - Tunisia.
