Developing the competencies and strengthening the skills of the civil society organizations (CSOs) in Tunisia constituted the major discussion point on the agenda during the meeting held between the representatives of the Lebanese Development Network (LDN) an FACE Tunisie Foundation (FACE).
The ‘Capacity Building Program’ is designed to improve the performance of the participating organizations on the personal and professional levels, and to maximize their impact in response to the major social and developmental challenges.
The meeting took place within the strategic framework for collaboration established in the agreement signed last March between both entities.
It leverages on LDN’s extensive experience in the field of capacity building in the MENA region and the wide-ranging sustainable practices of FACE vis-à-vis the CSOs in Tunisia.
The program will offer the attendees a better understanding of their role and potential, allowing them to sharpen existing skills and develop new proficiencies in a more targeted way.
