PricewaterhouseCoopers – Cyprus organized in Lebanon a special meeting to introduce the conditions and the opportunities of the ‘Cyprus Investment Program.”
The event took place at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beirut attended by a group of Corporate Leaders, Investors and other interested Parties.
Nada ElSayed Zoghsoghy, PwC Partner (Lebanon), addressed the audience with a welcome message followed by an introductory remark presented by Phryni Mina, Director – Private Wealth Services.
In turn, Head of Tax & Legal Services Theo Parperis took part in the discussion by presenting the various aspects of the designated program and the assistance PwC can provide.
The presentations emphasized the multiple characteristics of the Program which focused mainly on the following:
- Investment in real estate, land development and infrastructure projects
- Purchase or Establishment or Participation in Cypriot Companies or Businesses
- Investment in Alternative Investment Funds or financial assets of Cypriot companies or Cypriot organizations
The presentation was followed by a Q&A session where PwC team answered to the various questions and inquiries.
