In compliance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the two organizations, the Lebanese Development Network (LDN) conducted a ‘Change Management Workshop’ during the ‘Caritas Youth and Leaders Training Camp 2023’.
President of the Lebanese Development Network (LDN) Amin Nehme delivered the seminars which aimed to enhance the managerial capacities and productivity of the participants, help them reduce the negative impact on outcomes and develop their confidence while taking on new responsibilities and challenges.
It was dedicated to the preparation of a new generation of youth volunteers.
The event gathered a group of coordinators from different districts who participated in a series of activities and seminars which addressed their personal and professional growth.
The Camp constituted a distinctive opportunity for the new comers to meet and interact, acquire new dimensions of self-awareness and increase their learning experience through teamwork in order to better serve their communities.
