Partnerships

The International Network for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises – INSME, Italy is a private non-for profit Association established in 2004, aiming at fostering transnational cooperation and public and private partnership among economic players and intermediaries worldwide to help bridge the innovation and knowledge gap for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).

Through creation of public-private partnership, training and the exchange of best practices among its members, INSME contributes to the promotion of innovation in SMEs and to the establishment a more fertile entrepreneurial ecosystem. The Network works under the auspices of the OECD – Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, and can count on the support of 61 Members (governmental bodies, international organizations, NGOs, business support organizations, chambers of commerce) from 30 different countries, involving on a second-tier level thousands of SMEs.

Currently, INSME is comprised of 99 Members from 4 continents distributed in 44 countries. It includes governmental bodies, international organizations, international NGOs, representatives of networks and intermediaries.
