- Hi Ilda. Would you introduce yourself first.
Hello, my name is Ilda Nahas, and I am an entrepreneur with a focus on development and support. I have experience in starting and running successful businesses and have a passion for helping others achieve their entrepreneurial goals.

- How did you become an entrepreneur? Can you tell us a bit about your journey?
My journey to becoming an entrepreneur began with my passion for innovation and my desire to create solutions that could make a difference in people's lives. I started by identifying areas in the market that needed improvement, and then worked tirelessly to develop a product or service that could meet those needs. Through perseverance, hard work, and a willingness to take risks, I was able to turn my ideas into successful businesses. It wasn't always easy, but I was motivated by the potential impact my ideas could have and the satisfaction of creating something from scratch.

- What were the major challenges you faced and how did you overcome that situation?
I have always been drawn to the idea of being my own boss and having the freedom to pursue my own vision. I took the leap and started my own business after identifying a gap in the market for innovative and high-quality products. My journey as an entrepreneur has been both exciting and challenging. The major challenges I faced included securing funding, attracting, and retaining customers, balancing work, and personal life. Finding the right support from family boosted me forward and helped me overcome these challenges by being persistent, and continuously adapting and evolving my business strategy.

- As an entrepreneur, what is it that motivates and/or drives you?
Actually it is the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives through entrepreneurship and development. The challenge of turning an idea into a successful business and continuously growing and improving drives me to full potential. I am passionate about creating inclusive economic growth and helping people to realize their full potential.

- What do you put your success down to?
I put my success down to a combination of hard work, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to delivering quality services and positive outcomes. I also attribute my success to my ability to adapt to changing circumstances and continuously learning and growing professionally.

- What would you say are the key elements for starting and running a successful business?
Well, I can summarize them by having a clear vision, a well-defined strategy, a strong team, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. It is also essential to have a deep understanding of your market, your customers, and the challenges you may face.

- Were you inspired by someone or something?
I was inspired by the potential of entrepreneurship to drive economic growth and improve people's lives, as well as the many successful entrepreneurs I have had the opportunity to work with throughout my career.
