Within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed with Caritas Lebanon, the Lebanese Development Network (LDN) took part in the ‘Caritas Youth and Leaders Training Camp 2023’ dedicated to the preparation of a new generation of youth volunteers.
The Camp gathered a group of coordinators from different districts who participated in a series of activities and seminars aiming at building their personal skills and enhancing their professional growth.
President of the Lebanese Development Network (LDN) Amin Nehme delivered a workshop entitled “Reflections on Leadership: The Art of Mobilization.”
It aimed at providing the participants with a unique experience to develop self-confidence, discover their abilities to meet new responsibilities and explore their leadership traits while facing substantial social challenges.
The Camp included additional training topics such as The New Science of Leadership and Effective Communication with Children.
It constituted a distinctive opportunity for the new comers to meet and interact, acquire new dimensions of self-awareness and increase their learning experience through teamwork in order to better serve their communities.
