Amin Nehme - President

Mr. Nehme has successfully combined his business knowledge and his interest in the social service field and made of this marriage a profitable consultancy. Owner of ServiLine Ltd., a marketing management agency established in 1997, recognized in offering business development programs to small and middle enterprises (SMEs), he is founder and president of  LDN - Lebanese Development Network, which provides capacity building strategies to the non-profit sector. He graduated from the American University of Beirut (AUB) with a BA in political science, later joined the Lebanese American University (LAU) in order to acquire a BS in marketing, and received his MBA in international affairs and diplomacy from Notre Dame University (NDU). He started his career as a sales manager at the Middle East Cement Factory, then as a marketing manager with the Middle East Dental Corporation, a 3M-Unitek dealer.

In 2006, he successfully completed a professional development program in leadership, "The Strategic Leadership Simulation - Mobilizing People and Organizations," which adopts the leadership paradigms developed by Harvard and Princeton Universities and was offered by Cambridge Institute for Global Leadership (CIGL).

Between 2001 and 2006, Mr. Nehme served as the International Program Coordinator for Auxilia. He has been the Program Developer for the Lebanese Emigration Research Center (LERC) at Notre Dame University, as well as the Middle East Regional Coordinator for the Coalition for the Defense of Human Rights (CDHR), a Washington, DC based organization. In 2007, Mr. Nehme was selected to be the Program Developer of the Lebanon Education Aid Fund (LEAF) - the development organization of the General Secretariat of the Catholic Schools in Lebanon. In 2009, he has been contracted as Consultant for The International Research and Exchange Board – IREX Europe.

In January 2010, Mr. Nehme joined Notre Dame University as a Program Developer at the Office for Sponsored Research and Development as well as a Consultant for Beyond Beirut, the USAID Lebanese Business Linkages Initiative Project.

Aziza Nehme - Vice President

Miss Nehme holds a Diploma in Sociology from USJ - Saint Joseph University, a Teaching Diploma in the same field from USEK - Holy Spirit University - where she received her Masters Degree (DEA) in Social Sciences.
Miss Nehme enjoys a long time experience in the field of education and secondary school's teaching. She has been succesfully following a series of professional training seminars on New Teaching Concept and Programs organized by the General Secretariat of Catholic Schools in Lebanon, and participated  in 2006 with ATU - The American Teaching Union - in a Training Seminar on Class Management.
Miss Nehme works currently as a teacher in socio-economy at different well-known Lebanese schools.

Samer Aoun - Secretary General

Mr. Aoun works currently as a Managerial Consultant with the Sovereign Order of Malta, as well as a Lecturer in Finance at NDU, Notre Dame University - Shouf Campus. He followed his university studies at the same university and acquired a BA in Management and an MBA in International Affairs and Diplomacy. In his early career, Mr. Aoun joined BLOM Bank for an interim at the retail department and carried out an intensive academic experience through his work with various technical and vocational institutions. He occupied quite a few positions as consultant and project manager with several local and international organizations. He served as Assistant Manager with the World Rehabilitation Fund, a project sponsored by the United States Agency for International Development - USAID which provides economic opportunity for land mine survivors.
In 2002, he successfully participated in a series of regional and international interdisciplinary seminars in political economy and conflict management offered by George Town University and sponsored by The International Institute for Political and Economic Studies (IIPES) and the Fund of American Studies (TFAS).

Fadi Baroudi - Treasurer
Mr. Baroudi holds a BBA in Business Administration from AUB - The American University of Beirut - and worked early after his graduation as Head of the Registrar's Office at the Off Campus Program. In 1994 he joined RLP - La Regie Libanaise de Publicite' - a well known Media House in Lebanon and the Gulf Region as Chief Accountant for its offices in Jeddah - Saudi Arabia and returned in 1996 to the head office in Beirut as Assistant Group Financial Manager.
Mr. Baroudi is currently the Finance Manager at 'MindShare - Lebanon', a prominent regional media buying company located in Beirut.
Felix El Murr - Accountant

Mr. Murr is the owner of 'Murr Accounting, auditing and financial consulting firm'. He is a founding member of LACPA - The Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants - and has extensive executive level experience in both legal and private financial industry. He is an accounting sworn expert at the Lebanese courts as well as a financial consultant to a number of prominent local and regional companies.
Mr. Murr holds a BA in Business Administration from Saint Joseph University.
He is married to Pascale Harika and they have two kids, Claribelle and Chris.

Pascale Feghaly - Member

Miss Feghaly has graduated in 2006 from the Lebanese University with a Masters Degree in 'International Economics and Finance' and works currently with Cash United Exchange as Exchange Specialist.
She started her career with 'The First National Bank' where she served as a customer service officer.
Miss Fegahly has followed in 2005 a series of training and orientation seminars in both the group insurance and hospitalization  with SNA, Societe' Nationale D'Assurance. In early 2009, she has joined FransaBank for a new career in the banking sector.
