The UNESCO Section for Youth, Literacy and Skills Development (TVET) is organizing on 21st July 2022, from 10.30 am to 1.00 pm (CEST - Paris time), a Webinar on Skills Development for Youth as a follow up to the Youth Employment in the Mediterranean (YEM) project.
The event will be an opportunity to discuss challenges and opportunities pertaining to youth employment in the region. The Webinar also intends to review and reflect on the impact of the Youth Employment in the Mediterranean (YEM) Project, established in 2018 by UNESCO and funded by the European Union, as well as on the synergies that could be established with the process of the Transforming Education Summit (TES).
The Webinar will include representatives and direct beneficiaries from the participating countries; relevant Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) stakeholders and partners; national, regional and international TVET experts, and youth representatives and organizations.
