The European Association of ERASMUS Coordinators (EAEC) organized a ‘Thematic Networking and Innovation Meeting’ at the University of Finance, Business and Entrepreneurship (VUZF) – Sofia, Bulgaria.

The workshop brought together experts, consultants and representatives of prominent institutions from eleven countries such as Cyprus, Portugal, Romania, Turkey, Bulgaria, Spain, Egypt, Lebanon, Serbia, Italy and North Macedonia who shared a set of practical exercises related to the ERASMUS+ Programme.

The event was launched by a welcome note delivered by VUZF Vice President Detelina Smilkova followed by open remarks presented by Vice Rector Prof. Sava Grozdev.

President of the European Association of ERASMUS Coordinators Prof. Gregory Makrides started the meeting with a general presentation about EAEC followed by an elaboration on the objectives, priorities and funding opportunities related to the proposals’ structures.

The highly interactive workshop included as well presentations from the participants who addressed their respective projects and the related processes pertaining to the appropriate formation of consortia and partnerships.
