On the 7th of February 2022, INSME launches the EXPO2 Export Programme with the Bulgarian SME Promotion Agency (BSMEPA), INSME Member. The programme will run from February to May and consists of 6 hands-on workshops and 2 mentoring sessions with INSME international experts, analysing the main elements in the internationalisation process and followed by a final partnership building event in Rome.
The aim of the course is to develop an export plan for 15 Bulgarian SMEs and provide them with the necessary skills for internationalisation, preparing the conditions for smooth entry into international markets, and finding relevant partners and buyers to establish long-term cooperation. The mentoring sessions will support the seminars and assist the SMEs in developing the export strategy, setting up the action plan and tracking progress on potential partner matchmaking.
The experts will be involved in every step of the program to ensure the training of the selected SMEs and the development of internationalisation’s key competencies, target market research and export strategies.
