This programme focuses on increasing the capacity of municipal officials to co-design inclusive public environments and services. The programme aims to contribute to improving service provision with a focus on both the physical and digital public envi¬ronment.
The programme is given by Lund Univer¬sity and is being carried out with financial support from the Swedish Institute within the framework of the Public Sector Innovation Programme.
The training programme consists of four parts: a pre-module which introduces the programme, a series of educational online modules, mentor visits and workshops, and finally the completion of change projects.
