Administrative Assistant for EU Funded Project

Purpose of the Position
The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The duties include providing support to the Project Manager and Team, assisting in daily office needs and managing the general administrative activities. Ultimately, the Admin Assistant should ensure that all interactions between the organization and the stakeholders are positive and productive while maintaining efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Tasks & Responsibilities
•    Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, and setting up for meetings;
•    Providing real-time scheduling support, planning meetings and taking detailed minutes;
•    Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, hotel and other reservations;
•    Maintain contact lists, write and distribute email, correspondence memos and letters;
•    Liaise and handle requests and queries from project partners and other stakeholders.

Experience & Skills
•    Proven experience in administrative work;
•    Knowledge of office management systems, procedures and equipments;
•    Proficiency in MS Office;
•    Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work;
•    Multilingual with good written and verbal communication skills;
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Education & Qualifications
•    Associate Degree in related field;
•    Prior administrative experience;
•    Excellent computer skills especially typing.
