Personal Statement: I possess a master degree in Botany and a Bachelor in Education and Diploma in Disaster Risk Reduction. I have more than 10 years of progressively responsible experience working with INGOs and NGOs at the professional/ management level. I am young, energetic and self-motivated, having a result-oriented approach, willing worker even in a stress situation, team builder, supportive, problem solver, flexible, have excellent communication skills both in oral and also in writing, rich experience to manage, and implement development and emergency projects while meeting the deadlines within the time frame. I have working experience on an emergency project and worked from 2009 to 2015 in the complex emergency of Pakistan. I was a trained professional in Emergency Response Team and was a permanent member with Save the Children during an emergency. I have managed/implemented different projects with Save the Children and World Vision International- Pakistan in the education and protection sector. I have hands-on experience of protection with Save the Children (US) and the Tameer-e-Khalaq Foundation. I have developed referral pathways for protection issues on the provincial level and trained hundreds of government and non-government organizations on case management and referral systems. I have led the team to conduct baseline and end-line surveys for USAID Small Grant Ambassador Fund Program and developed a report on the data we have collected. I have conducted a feasibility survey of UNICEF in Sindh Province and developed their report as well. I have successfully led and implemented the RELIEF project has a budget of 251,117 USD and managed 103 staff. Moreover, I have proven experience in budget preparation and utilization. Along with my regular job, I have conducted/managed different short-term assignments with different International/ National Organizations which include Malteser International and GIZ. Work Experience: HR Officer:| TKF | June 2017 to present • Led USAID Small Grant Ambassador Fund Programme USAID in Baluchistan and oversaw the implementation. • Supervised and ensured timely the implementation of the projects, conducted baseline & end line survey. • Developed and produced weekly and monthly reports as per donor and organizational requirements. • Managed TKF team in data collection, analyzed data and produced UNICEF feasibility study for identification of 230 Non-Formal-education centers in Sindh province. • Determined staffing plans to achieve program goals and objectives and participated in hiring decisions for new program staff. • Developed Monitoring and evaluation the Mechanism to determine feasibility and sustainability of programs, leading to more effective and efficient service delivery • Contributed in developing of the proposal and reviewing of progress reports. • Prepared and managed staff monthly payroll and ensured that error-free payroll is processed timely. • Assisted Manager in effectively implementing of staff induction plan. • Support Manager in all the recruitment & selection process in order to ensure participation and transparency. • Support in organizing staff training sessions and activities • Managed Data, cleaning and analysis of TCV campaign data, developed report of March, 2021 as per donor requirement.
