Personal Statement: I have enjoyed around fifteen years in different companies and an internship which have been instrumental in equipping me with the knowledge and providing me with the opportunity to develop the skills necessary to succeed in the Business Administration profession or any related field
Education: bachelor degree in biology
Work Experience: Most recently, I worked as a unit manager at Met life insurance where my responsibilities find the right prospects, spread awareness about income protection and families care programs, preparing the right presentation for each customer follow up and providing the best solution, support and training of new financial advisors. I had to postpone this job because of the demonstrations and the Corona virus quarantine. Previously, I worked as Administrative manager at Speed Taxi at Dik l mehde and then relocated to comfort taxi Dekweneh. My main duties and responsibilities were: - Answer and direct phone calls, e mails, faxes and other (handles all telephone calls and responds to public inquiries) . - Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. - Interviewing and hiring new Joyners and leading them to the professionalism by providing day to day advices. - Prepare and monitor invoices receipts and financial statements for customers and staff. - Managing the office and handles a wide range of administrative and secretarial related work. - Managing a busy calendar for the drivers, requiring interaction with both taxi drivers and customers. - Tracking and follow-up all trips and providing the best way time and quotation. - Reviews and summarizes various reports and documents and reporting to the owner when necessary. - Receives visitors / staff and organizes meetings as per prior appointments. - Handles confidential information with utmost secrecy and integrity - Maintains an adequate inventory of office supplies - Carries out filing of records and maintains an effective filing system. - Perform all other routine office managerial and secretarial related work such as typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
